- - Cleaning: Clean the burner, blower, and air filter
- - Adjustments: Adjust the pilot and burner, fan control, and gas pressure
- - Lubrication: Lubricate moving parts like the motor bearings and fan belt
- - Testing: Test the exhaust system, thermostat, and safety controls
- - Checks: Check for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, and unusual noises
- Annual AC inspection: Include
- - Thermostat: Check the sensors, batteries, and calibration
- - Refrigerant: Check the charge level and look for leaks
- - Air filter: Clean, inspect, free replacement(IF CUSTOMER PROVIDES FILTER)
- - Condenser: Inspect and clean the condenser coils
- - Electrical connections: Tighten electrical links and check for proper working order
- - Mounts and connectors:Check that all physical parts are secure
- - Capacitor: Check for bulging, unusual markings, or color
- - Evaporator coil: Inspect and clean the evaporator coil
